Title: The View from Saturday
Author: E.L. Konigsburg
Publisher: Simon & Schuster Children's Publishing Division
Summary: It all started when Julian asked Ethan, Nadia, and Noah to tea at his B and B inn. They all knew each other fairly well, for Ethan's grandmother married Nadia's grandfather, and Noah was their best man at their wedding. Julian had met Ethan on the school bus.
These short stories show Nadia's love for her genius dog Ginger and for the turtles she did a report on and had helped in a terrible storm. Also showing how much Ethan had loved The Phantom of the Opera, Julian's B and B inn, Noah's pride in his calligraphy and in being a best man, and most important, them becoming champions in the Academic Bowl competition on Mrs. Olinski's team.
Comment: I loved this book! I love how the author makes short stories to show how each player knows the answer. If you love a book with many little stories with a twist of humor and friendship, this is a great book to take a look at.
